Order Status: 

You may check the status of your order at any time by calling 740-421-1558 or by emailing michelle.hysong@ormehardware.com.

Order Cancellation:

You may cancel your order at any time prior to pick up or shipment.  Non-stock orders, custom or special orders must be paid for in advance.  Some custom or special orders may be non-cancellable or incur restocking fees of 25%, depending on source.

Returns/Refunds:

Purchases may be returned within 30 days of receipt.  The items must be in like new condition.  Custom or special-order products may be non-returnable.  For questions on returns, call 740-421-1558.

Pet Food (and similar products) are not returnable, but they may be refundable.

If you have a house charge account with Orme Hardware, online payments can be made if you ask for us to open your account to the Online Store and you establish a password.  When paying with credit card, a convenience fee will be charged to your account the following month. 

Pickup:

Orme Hardware will send an email response when the order is ready for pickup.  When you arrive, please call 740-421-1558 and let us know you are here.

Shipping:

Shipping is available via UPS or USPS.  Shipping charges will be applied to your order.  Please contact us prior to placing your online order for more information about shipping availability.

Privacy Policy:

Your privacy is important to Orme Hardware. You may visit our website anonymously.  We collect information from you only when you register on the site, place an order, sign up, fill out a form, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in other site features.  When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information.  We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.  Credit card information is processed by a third-party processor.
